    OK Simon, How do we get our photos on the blog messages…..’cos there is no way I want to look the same as George!!!

    Initially, we could see the interest levels. It may predominantly be RRC coaching / organisation message board.
    The juniors probably facebook / bebo / msn / twitter anyway and dont need this board.
    Splitting may not be productive.

    OK found how to do it!
    Goto http://www.gravatar.com/ and set up an account there (free). Upload any photo – this will then be associated with your email address. WordPress and any other programme that supports Gravatars will automatically use your photo.
